The book presents Africa’s huge and abysmal failure of government and the consequences of socio-economic and political challenges. It analyzes how these have degenerated to citizens’ apathy towards building Africa and submitting that visionary youth leaders should be acknowledged in policy making and that women should not be relegated in governance.
The author has provided detailed message to the people of Africa by outlining his position and strategy for the elimination of Africa’s socio-economic and political problems.
In this book, the author advocates leadership shift thereby proposing Youthocracy, which is define as government of the people, by the youth and for the people, as a better political ideology for development in Africa.
