Besides having sufficient mental and communication abilities to undertake the learning and assessments, it is best for the learner to be working or having worked within an organization where their roles and responsibilities will provide them with the opportunity to apply and demonstrate their knowledge, skills and performance abilities.
B. Specifically, prior qualifications at Associate Bachelors, CISML Level 5, Advance Diploma or fresh graduate, 300/400 level students of tertiary universities or other recognized professional bodies.

Evaluated in academics as internationally comparable to Post Graduate Diploma, Extended Diploma, Part 1 or Part 2 MBA.

A. Generally, the learner should have managerial competence and characters. It is also best for the learner to be working or have
worked as a middle or senior executive in an organization.
B. Specifically, applicants should hold any of the following qualifications: Bachelor Degree, Higher National Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters or equivalent Professional Qualifications with not less than three (3) year work experience.

| Level 8 Doctorate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Governance
Evaluated in academics as internationally comparable to Doctorate Diploma |
A. Generally, the learner should have strong conceptual and communication capabilities. It is best for the learner to be working or to have worked at the top executive position incorporation or government or owned and managed a medium-sized business.
B. Specifically, applicants should hold Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree qualifications and have not less than five (5) years Executive or Membership of Boards of Directors. |
DELIVERY
The Chartered Institute of Strategic Managers and Leaders (CISML) collaborates with Accredited Qualifying Institutions/ Accredited Learning Providers in each continent and country, respectively, to expand and deliver tailored contents through Blended Learning Scheme made up of:
- Distant Resources Based Learning and Assessment from the Accredited Learning Providers.
- Face-to-Face Learning by Approved Learning Centers: Accelerated Executive Training or Standard Training.
DURATION AND WORKLOAD
Each level program consists of 15 to 17 courses from which students select ten units. The cycle of time to cover the workload is flexible, subject to a minimum of 13 weeks for Standard Training and one intensive action-oriented sessions for Accelerated Executive Training.

After obtaining any of the CISML Professional Diploma, Graduates can also continue their learning and progressions on one or all of the following pathways:
- Pursue CISML’s next level Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
